Verizon Switching Experience for Facebook Messenger

Problem: Switching Telecom carriers can be cumbersome, and many users fear multiple inquiries on their credit only to find out that can’t even get a new phone.
Solution: Change the conversation so users can see what is available to them prior to running a credit check through a software they already feel comfortable using versus interacting with a site they are not familiar with. We wanted to meet them where they are already living - namely on Facebook. By using the Messenger apps AI functionality we were able to concept an experience where switching to Verizon was done entirely through a chat interface, removing the need for a major website rebuild.
