Adam has led major brand design and interactive design initiatives for major shops such as VSA, R/GA, AKQA, and now Havas, where he leads the visual design practice for clients such as BNY Mellon, IBM, Rackspace, Airwick and others. With a masters Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute, Adam has a strategic approach to design based in a clear understanding of the needs and requirements of both businesses and customers and is a skilled manager of design talent, while remaining hands on in his approach to crafting solutions for clients. Adam has also taught Interaction Design and Communication at The School of Visual Arts in New York City.

While at R/GA, Adam was responsible for major re-brand projects for both Samsung and Verizon, leading both through the creation and implementation of new digital brand systems. At AKQA he worked on Audi, Jordan, and Apple.

For two years, while at VSA Partners, Adam was embedded within IBMs Design Lab as a part of internal product teams, working collaboratively in an agile environment to deploy solutions for IBM Customers. Previously at VSA he worked on Mack Trucks, MAC Cosmetics, Rolex, and Chilewich.

Adam began his career in design for political causes, having executed interactive projects for the Democratic Party, The NAACP, HRC, and Hillary Clinton for America. His work has been featured in several online publications, CNN, MSNBC and other media outlets.

Adam has a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to design, which he uses to help partner with clients to develop solutions to major systematic design challenges. He understands both the overarching systematic requirements of large corporations as well as the intricacies of the needs of individual business units and product teams and is adept at working in both large and small formats.
