Verizon Switchers
I led three product teams in the hands on development of an end to end digital product for consumers. The focus was on enticing customers from competitive carriers to switch to Verizon. The result is a conversational, minimally focused experience that walks users through the otherwise laborious switching process.
Throughout the project I led visual and experience designers in two week sprint cycles to develop the product, which resulted in the codification of a digital master brand system. Both through hands on design work and traditional management techniques, I drove the visual realization of aesthetic from start to finish, along with the development of typography, icons and other visual cues that would help fill out Verizons master brand documentation. Testing occurred regularly every 3-4 weeks, after which the product was iterated upon and the system was updated. This system now spans across all Verizon Wireless and Fios digital ecosystems
