Problem: Audi USA drivers needed a personalized space for important information regarding their vehicles. Additionally, the business wanted new ways to promote sales via the website.
Solution: To Satisfy drivers, our team designed, developed and launched MyAudi, a special site section for car owners. we also developed new sales tools for dealers, re-designed key parts of the sites homepage and navigation to allow for better shopping and viewing of available Audi models. The changes to the overall site experience along with the customer portal resulted in an increased site ranking on J.D. Powers and Associates for the year 2015.
e-Tron
This infographic was designed to communicate Audi's entry into the hybrid space, the Sportback e-Tron. Using a fun visual style new to the brand, my team was able to communicate the core of the e-Tron's Audi Energy program.
